Unleavened bread is very simple to make. The only ingredients are flour and water.
1-1/2 cups whole-grain flour
1 cup water
Place flour in bowl. Gradually add water to flour while stirring until dough forms. Add water or flour as needed until dough is thick enough to form with oiled hands into a flat, round loaf.
Place in an oiled pan. Bake in an oven at 350° F for 15 minutes or over a fire until done.
Yield: 1 loaf
